County to Hold 'Richland 101' Classes

Richland 101, a series of classes designed to give residents an inside look at county government, starts March 19.
Residents will learn about everything from the funding of public education to public safety.

Classes will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Thursday at various locations.
