Deputies Arrest Two in Carolina-Clemson Game Stabbing
The men fought with another man before the game on Nov. 26.
Richland County Sheriff's deputies arrested two men they say before the Carolina-Clemson game.
Dustin Haile, 24, was charged with attempted murder. Adam Rodriguez, 26, was charged with assault and battery by mob.
Haile was arguing with the victim about moving barricades at a tailgating spot around 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 at Bluff Road and Hemlock Drive, deputies say.

When the two started a physical fight, Rodriguez joined in and punched the victim in the face, deputies say. Haile then stabbed the victim in the upper body.
The victim was transported to Palmetto Health Richland in critical condition.

Investigators were able to determine Haile and Rodriguez were involved in the stabbing by interviewing witnesses who were present during the fight. They were arrested on Dec. 5 at the Richland County Sheriff's Department and transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
Rodriguez is being held on a $50,000 bond.Â
