Richland County Sheriff deputies are searching for a suspect they say robbed a gas station. At about 11 p.m. on  June 1, officers responded to a robbery at the Pitt Stop at 5901 Monticello Road.  Sheriff Leon Lott said an unknown man entered the business brandishing what appeared to be a gun and demanded money. The suspect stole money from the register, then fled the store. Anyone with information should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
