The Richland County Sheriff's Department is searching for two fugitives.  Jeffery Washington, 33, has an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of unlawful carrying of a pistol and possession of a stolen pistol. His last known address was 1510 St. Andrews Road, Apt. 505.  Jerome Weeks, 45, has an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of crack and habitual traffic offender. His last known address was 112 Oarlock Circle, Irmo.  Anyone with information about the location of the two men should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
