'Extreme Makeover' Seeks Deserving SC Family

Producers of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" are looking for a South Carolina family in need of a major home renovation.

The team is looking for a family who gives back to the community in some way and whose home has serious problems that affect the family's quality of life.

Nominations should be e-mailed to castingsouthcarolina@emhe.tv by Friday, Oct. 21, and can be submitted by the family or someone else in the community.

Submissions must include the names and ages of each member of the household, a description of the major challenges in the home, an explanation of why the family is deserving and photos of the family and the home.
