Get to Know Your County Council Representative

Richland County recently conducted video interviews with its nine county council members so that residents can learn more about their representatives.

The videos, called "Council's Corner," are posted on the county's YouTube page. 

If you live in the St. Andrews area, you're in council district two, four or five. You can find your district by entering your address on the county's website.

Joyce Dickerson, of council district two, represents the majority of St. Andrews. Her seat is up for election in 2012.

Council Chair Paul Livingston represents district four, which covers the part of St. Andrews south of I-20 and to the east of Broad River Road. 

Seth Rose represents district five, which includes the area south of I-20 and to the west of Broad River Road.
