Holiday Closings

Government

• Federal offices will be closed Friday through Monday.

• State offices will be closed Friday through Tuesday.

• Richland County offices will be closed from Friday through Monday.

• There will be no disruption to the Richland County Solid Waste pick up schedule. The C&D Landfill and Lower Richland Drop Off Center will be closed Friday, Sunday and Monday. Both the landfill and drop off center will be open on Saturday during regular operating hours. • Lexington County administrative offices will be closed Friday, Monday and Tuesday. 

• Lexington County residential curbside pickup will operate under the regular schedule. Lexington County's 11 collection and recycling centers will operate under the regular schedule except on Saturday and Sunday. The centers close at 3 p.m. Saturday and are closed on Sunday. Lexington County Landfill and Transfer Station will operate under the regular schedule except for Saturday when it closes at 3 p.m.

• Lexington’s Joint Municipal Water and Sewer Commission offices will be closed Friday through Tuesday.

• The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed Friday through Tuesday.

Banks

• Many banks and credit unions will be closed Monday. Please check with your local branch.

Sevices

• Post offices will be closed Monday.

• Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative offices will be closed Friday through Monday.

• SCE&G will be closed Monday.

• All Richland County Recreation Commission administrative offices will be closed Friday through Tuesday. Parks will be closed Saturday through Monday. The LinRick golf course will be closed Sunday.

• All branches of the Lexington County Public Library system will be closed Friday through Tuesday.

• All branches of the Richland County Public Library system will be closed Friday through Monday.
