Deputies have arrested a woman who gave birth to her baby in the laundry room of an apartment complex and then abandoned him on a walkway on Monday morning.  Orenthia McCuller, 21, was charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.  A resident of The Enclave apartments off Broad River Road called 911 after  around 6 a.m. on Monday. The baby boy was transported to Palmetto Health Richland and is in good health.  McCuller is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. Her bond is set at $40,000.
