The Point of View Film Series gets you primed for Halloween

The Point of View Film Series gets you primed for Halloween with this month’s screening of Stephen Kings ‘IT’ (1990). This psychological horror/drama is based on Stephen King’s novel of the same name. Who knows scary better than Stephen King?

‘IT’ is a jittery, jolting excursion into personal fear. ‘IT’ raises goosebumps -- and brings out stars. Harry Anderson, Dennis Christopher, Annette O’Toole,Tim Reid, John Ritter, Tim Curry and Richard Thomas star in this thriller about a malevolent force in a small New England town.

This film screening is part of a continuing series between Point of View and Tapp’s Arts Center. P.O.V. meets monthly in the Skyline Room of Tapp’s Arts Center to view and discuss films of varying styles and genres from around the world.

Couch seating is limited so chairs, pillows and cushions are welcome.

WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014 at 6:30 PM
WHERE: Tapp’s Arts Center 1644 Main St. PH: 803-988-0013
