Tuesday: pancake/sausage on stick

Wednesday: Crunchmania french toast

Thursday: chicken biscuit

Friday: Kellogg's whole grain mini pancakes

Lunch

Monday: hot wings, carrots and celery sticks with ranch dip, baked breaded okra, whole wheat roll, fresh pear

Tuesday: whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed spinach salad, applesauce, cinnamon WW/loaf, banana

Wednesday: southern BBQ on wheat bun, black bean salad, oven-baked tater rounds, frozen juice bar, fresh orange

Thursday: creaole steak, candied yams, green bean, WW biscuit, tangerine

Friday: whole grain pizza, lime pineapple congealed salad, corn on the cob, fresh apple
