- A Richland School District Two administrator has been placed on leave after parents accused the official of strip-searching their young daughter. The allegations were made public during a Nov. 16 board meeting, drawing audible gasps and whispers from audience members. One woman walked into the hallway in tears and prayed with the family. - Deputies arrested a man and a woman accused of breaking into a storage unit early Tuesday morning. Jeremy Jivers, 38, and Tanya Kelley, 47, are charged with second-degree burglary, according to arrest warrants. Jivers, a Cayce resident, is also charged with financial identity theft. Kelley, who resides in West Columbia, is also charged with providing false information to law enforcement and drug possession charges.(westmetronews.net)
