Motorists can expect delays in Irmo next week due to road work.  The South Carolina Department of Transportation announced traffic delays on Harbison Blvd. and St. Andrews Rd. beginning on Sept. 11. Drivers can expect delays and flagging operations for resurfacing on Harbison Boulevard from St. Andrews Road to I-26.  The expected completion date is Nov. 30. Motorists can also expect lane closures, flagging operations and minor delays in the 7700 block of St. Andrews Road in Irmo for shoulder improvements.  The expected completion date is Sept. 30. SCDOT is also continuing in St. Andrews.
