Richland County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man they say was present during a shooting at Waffle House on Two Notch Road in October.  Deputies say Derrid Johnell Leaphart, 21, was with another man who was arrested for shooting a victim around 2:20 a.m. at the restaurant.  , 23, after they say he shot the victim multiple times in the lower body. Deputies suspect Alexander was involved in several other incidents and was an active gang leader in Northeast Richland County.  Alexander is now out on bond, Sheriff Leon Lott said. The victim of the Waffle House shooting continues to recover.  The sheriff is asking anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of Leaphart to contact Crimestoppers at 1-800-CRIME-SC.
