Strip Clubs Break County Zoning Laws
Richland County asked three strip clubs to move or close three years ago.

Richland County is trying to decide what to do about three strip clubs that are breaking the county's zoning laws, according to a report in The State.
Two of those strip clubs - Heartbreakers and Platinum Plus - are in St. Andrews. The other one is just outside of St. Andrews.
Three years ago, the county asked the three strip clubs to comply with the zoning laws by July 15, 2011, according to The State. Those laws require that adult businesses in Richland County be 1,000 feet from schools, churches and homes.Â
