Two Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS(R) Appointed to South Carolina Association of REALTORS(R) in Columbia

Rebecca Hanlon was elected treasurer and Doug Bridges was elected to the board in the Columbia market.

Two sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® have been elected to the South Carolina Association of Realtors®. Rebecca Hanlon was elected treasurer and Doug Bridges was elected to the board in the Columbia market.

Doug Bridges, Sales Associate, Broker affiliated with the Northeast office in Elgin, was elected to the 2015 South Carolina Association of Realtors® in the Columbia market. A licensed Realtor for 43 years, Bridges has been an independent sales associate with Coldwell Banker® since Tom Jenkins Realty was acquired by Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®. Bridges has been a member of the Central Midlands Board of Realtors’® Million Dollar Club for 42 years, currently serves on the legislative committee and is also active in several civic organizations. He is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina and The Citadel.

Rebecca Hanlon, Branch Manager/Broker with the Northeast office in Elgin, was elected treasurer of the 2015 South Carolina Association of Realtors® in the Columbia market. She enjoys the challenge of helping agents attain their full potential, using her knowledge, experience and management style to empower their growth and success. Hanlon presents in-office educational sessions for newly affiliated sales associates and assists them in building their businesses. She is a member of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors® and Kershaw County Association of Realtors®. Hanlon is also active with the Columbia Home Builders Association, the Sales and Marketing Council, and several other committees and organizations.
