State troopers charged the driver of one of the tractor trailers involved in a wreck on I-20 Wednesday with driving too fast for conditions.  The two trucks wrecked just before 9 a.m. Wednesday on I-20 westbound near the I-20 and I-26 interchange. Both of the trucks overturned, said Lance Cpl. Billy Elder with the S.C. Highway Patrol.  No one was injured, Elder said. The wreck blocked I-20 westbound for most of the morning Wednesday, and wasn't completely cleared until the early evening.
