USC Alumni, '72, & Best Selling Author, E.J. Simon to launch latest Techno-Crime Thriller at USC's University Bookstore

On Friday, November 7th, from 2:30-4:00pm, author EJ Simon returns to his alma mater, the University of South Carolina, to discuss, and sign copies of his new artificial intelligence thriller, Death Logs In. The afternoon discussion will cover topics such as Internet Privacy, and advances in Artificial Intelligence.

“I attended USC in the late sixties and early seventies. It was a unique period for the country - and the campus.” says Simon. “Once again the country is in another unique period, far different and with indelible ramifications. Technology, and terrorists have combined to create a world where virtually anything we do can be observed – and nothing can be erased. My books explore this, and I can tell you from my research – we are in a terrifying era when it comes to privacy.”

”The eagerly awaited follow-up to his bestselling debut, Death Never Sleeps which rose to #2 on Amazon, will be published in the U.S. and Europe by Simon/Zef Publishing on November 15th.

E.J. Simon was born and raised in New York. Simon graduated University of South Carolina with a degree in journalism and went on to become CEO of GMAC Global Relocation Services (a division of GM), and the Managing Director of Douglas Elliman, the largest real estate company in NY. Simon is a world traveler, and food enthusiast He lives in Connecticut. Death Logs In is his second novel.
