The wreck happened between mile marker 105 and the St. Andrews Road exit just before noon Friday. Â
As of noon, traffic is backed up from the Harbison Boulevard exit to the St. Andrews Road exit, according to our live Mapquest traffic map.

The wreck didn't cause any injuries, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Two lanes of traffic are blocked as of noon Friday.Â
