• 2026 Census test begins in Spartanburg County (wspa.com) — Cowpens households inside the designated Spartanburg County test area may receive mailings and in-person visits for a special 2026 Census test running through August 31. If you got a letter around May 1, you’re asked to complete a 40-minute online survey using your unique ID, helping shape how the 2030 national census will be conducted.
