For those moving through any kind of grief: loss of a loved one, of a pet, divorce, retirement, unexpected life transitions.

Participants are guided to create their own tools to go through moments of grief. For any age and any kind of loss. The activities use creativity for balance, self-discovery and expression, finding purpose and resilience, with crayons, paper, glue and other craft supplies. No artistic skills required. All supplies included. $25/person.
