Offered year round, ages 5 and over are invited to learn basic self defense techniques through Tae Kwon Do lessons. Advanced beginner/intermediate classes are offered 10am to 11am, and beginner lessons are offered 11am to 12pm. New students are able to register at the beginning of each month.
