• Woman charged with felony DUI after running over victim in North Charleston crash (live5news.com) — A Goose Creek woman has been charged with felony DUI and hit-and-run after North Charleston police say she drove over an already-injured person lying in the roadway and then sped away. Officers later stopped her nearby, noting signs of heavy intoxication, while bystanders helped the victim, who suffered a serious head injury and was taken to a hospital.
