Lexington-Richland 5 board members could vote on a proposal for a new middle school in the Chapin area.  According to the board's agenda for its regular meeting on Monday night, action is expected to be taken on the item.  school officials said. The agenda also includes reports on the ESOL program, monthly financials, an update on construction in the district, and a proposal for renovation of the district warehouse. An executive session will be held prior to the regular meeting to discuss employment items and receive legal advice regarding an employee hearing procedure. .
