Did you miss me? I've been thinking of you...but it has been so hard to find time to sit down and blog at you! It occurs to me I may not be doing this "right." The note above says "Just a short thought to get the word out quickly about anything in your neighborhood," like this is a bulletin board of events or something...whereas I use it as a place for mindless musings. So if it's events you want, this is the wrong place. Speaking of the wrong place, I am glad to be back in Irmo for this beautiful, beautiful October. I spent time earlier this year in Oregon and Tennessee, and it's good to be home. I missed the Okra Strut AND the State Fair. Why, you may ask, even live in Irmo SC if you aren't going to the Okra Strut or the State Fair? The people, the scenery, the weather, the wildlife...those are the things that are happening in my neighborhood that make me glad to be home.
