Sinclair L. Joe Memorial Scholarship:
The scholarship will provide a one-time $500 annual scholarship and a laptop computer to a high school senior or college freshman who:
1. has had a diagnosis of a debilitating illness (primarily cancer) through themselves or an immediate family member (a parent, sibling, or grandparent) who is affected or has passed away as a result of illness.
2. is between the ages of 16-20 years3. maintains a cumulative GPA of 2.7 if illness is through themselves or a 3.0 or higher if affected through an immediate family member
3. has been accepted or in hisher first year of enrollment at an accredited two or four year college or university.4. has a financial need.
