Police: Man Fondled Himself in Front of Woman at Harbison Target
Police believe the man in the sketch and photo exposed himself to a woman Saturday at the store.
Columbia Police are asking for help identifying a man they say fondled himself in front of a woman near the dressing room at Target on Harbison Boulevard.
The woman told Columbia Police that while she was leaving the dressing rooms around 4 p.m. Saturday, a man sitting in the waiting area exposed and fondled himself while looking at her.
The woman immediately reported the incident to Target employees who called police, according to the Columbia Police Department. Police say the woman was not physically harmed.

The man is described as a black male, possibly between the ages of 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall and about 200 pounds, according to police. He was last seen wearing a blue and white plaid shirt, blue jeans, white tennis shoes and a black hat.
A forensic artist with the State Law Enforcement Division has designed a sketch of how the the man may look.
