Rooster Disappears from Retirement Community

A rooster named Cocky suddenly disappeared from the Heritage at Lowman Home in White Rock.

A rooster who has entertained residents at the Heritage at Lowman Home in White Rock for two years is missing, according to reports. 

The rooster, who residents named Cocky, has been gone for a week, according to a report in The State.

He simply showed up at the community one day and befriended a limping duck. Then, another duck started hanging with the pair, according to the report. Residents have enjoyed watching the unusual friendship between the three.

Officials at the community don't know what happened to the rooster, according to The State, but have brought in six chicks in hopes of cheering up the lonely ducks.
