• Johnsonville to auction police guns, vehicles after department suspension (wpde.com) — Johnsonville’s police department remains indefinitely suspended, and city leaders now plan to auction 14 police firearms and three Tahoes, with sales details coming soon on the city website and Facebook page. Proceeds will help the debt-burdened city while Florence County deputies continue policing, and about $164,000 in a dedicated equipment fund will be saved to outfit any future Johnsonville police force.
