• North Charleston man arrested after assault of juvenile on Ladson Road (abcnews4.com) — Police say a juvenile was injured during a reported assault Monday afternoon on Ladson Road, a route many Ladson-area residents use daily. Officers found the child in an Uber after witnesses reported a disturbance, and the victim was taken to a hospital. The father was arrested on a child-related charge and booked into the county detention center. 
• 2 men arrested, charged following North Charleston police pursuit (live5news.com) — A Ladson resident is among two men facing charges after North Charleston police say a brief vehicle pursuit led to the discovery of suspected cocaine and fentanyl near the Charleston Farms community. Officers report the driver failed to stop for blue lights before ending on Remount Road. Both men were booked into the county detention center on separate charges.
