• DPH reports no new measles cases ahead of potential Sunday end to state outbreak (southcarolinapublicradio.org) — Lancaster County is among several South Carolina counties hit by a major measles outbreak that may officially end as soon as Sunday if no new cases appear. State health officials credit higher vaccination rates with slowing spread and urge families, especially travelers, to stay current on MMR shots as national measles numbers continue to climb.
