Summerville man who posed as missionary accused of harassing residents, police say (counton2.com) โ North Charleston police arrested a 21-year-old Summerville man after two consecutive days of alleged harassment at an apartment complex on Evangeline Drive, where he reportedly posed as a missionary and tried to force his way inside.
