• Port Royal weighs six-month moratorium on new multi-family developments to manage growth (wtoc.com) — Port Royal leaders are considering a six-month pause on new multi-family housing proposals while they update the town’s comprehensive growth plan and ensure infrastructure can keep up. Current projects would continue, but future ones would wait as council also reviews a town-wide heavy user fee and hears progress on the Paris Avenue renovation, slated to finish by early November.
