• Police shoot person at Fort Mill apartments during warrant service: Sheriff (heraldonline.com) — Law officers from several York County agencies, including Tega Cay, were involved in a multi-jurisdictional drug unit operation when a person was shot during a child-exploitation search warrant at Fort Mill’s Sycamore Apartments. State investigators are now handling the case, and officials have not yet released the person’s identity or condition, nor the names of the officers involved.
