• Richland County, SC Chase Oct 20: 6 Deputies, K-9 Sprayed With Bear Spray (newsbreak.com) — Local deputies say a traffic stop chase from Richland County ended in Fairfield County after a driver allegedly sprayed six officers and a K-9 with bear spray. Authorities report the suspect was already wanted by both the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and the Winnsboro Department of Public Safety, and now faces multiple assault-on-officer and police-dog injury charges pending court proceedings.
