• Redfield community celebrates opening of brand-new daycare facility (dakotanewsnow.com subscription) — Redfield families are getting a new daycare option, with a spacious 5,800-square-foot facility and playground opening just off Main Street near the school. Local leaders held a ribbon-cutting Wednesday, enrollment is starting this week, and organizers are still raising about $58,000 to finish funding the project and upstairs office spaces.
