Storm Engine Co./Ambulance Corps used a low-angle rope system and deployed a drone for aerial support, marking the first operational use of their new robotics program and underscoring the department’s growing technical capabilities.
   

• Bridgeport woman picking up gun permit arrested on Derby warrant that wasn't for her, suit says (nhregister.com) — A Bridgeport woman is suing that city after being briefly jailed when police acted on an arrest warrant originating from Derby that was actually for someone else with a similar name and birth month. A Derby officer ultimately confirmed the mistake and secured her release, and the lawsuit now questions how both departments verify Derby-related warrants and identifications.
