Metro Police have released surveillance footage of the man suspected of fatally stabbing Tiffany Ferguson early Tuesday.

NASHVILLE, TN — Tiffany Ferguson, a 23-year-old critical care nurse at St. Thomas West Hospital, was killed in an early-morning stabbing at her apartment in Wedgewood-Houston.
Ferguson was discovered unconscious and stabbed multiple times in her apartment on Wedgewood Park around 5:40 a.m. She was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival there.
Surveillance footage from the Wedgewood Apartments show a man checking apartment doors, presumably seeking one that's unlocked or easy to open, in the time before Ferguson's death.
