Their mother was arrested on a custodial interference warrant, and authorities credit multi-agency cooperation for safely resolving the case, which brought national attention to Trenton as the site of the recovery.
   

• World's most prestigious trail-running series adds a Chattanooga race (timesfreepress.com) — An international ultra-trail series is adding a major race that will finish in Cloudland Canyon near Trenton bringing hundreds of runners through Lookout Mountain and nearby trail systems. Scheduled for June 2027, the event is expected to draw visitors from around the world, boost the regional outdoor economy, and spotlight the scenery just outside Trenton.
