Alleged Kidnapper Arrested At Antioch Motel
A missing person investigation in Hermitage led to a kidnapping arrest in Antioch.
ANTIOCH, TN — Police performing a standard welfare check at a home in Hermitage noticed something amiss — damage to the home's back door — kicking off an investigation that culminated in a kidnapping arrest in Antioch.
After the resident of the Hermitage home could not be located, investigators were led to the Quarters Inn at the intersection of Cane Ridge Road and Bell Road. Once there, police located the missing person who told them that the suspect kicked in the back door of the home. Fearing for their safety, the victim went with the suspect, ending up at the Quarters Inn.
The suspect was arrested and charged with burglary and aggravated kidnapping.
