Antioch Man Dies Of Injuries From SUV Accident: Police
His vehicle lost control and struck a utility pole early Sunday, say Metro Nashville police.

NASHVILLE, TN — An Antioch man died Monday from injuries he sustained early Sunday when his SUV struck a utility pole in Madison, according to the Metro Nashville police. The accident victim, identified as Jason E. Johnson, 36, was being treated at Skyline Medical Center.
After investigating the accident, the police determined that Johnson was driving at 4 a.m. Sunday on West Old Hickory Boulevard when he lost control of the 2002 Toyota Sequoia while negotiating a curve near North Graycroft Avenue.
The SUV crossed four lanes of traffic and struck a metal utility pole, the police said in a statement.

"Speeding appears to have been a contributing factor in the crash," the statement added.
