Apparent Onlooker Shot During Argument at South Nashville Kroger

NASHVILLE, TN ― One person is in the hospital after an apparent argument in the parking lot of the Thompson Lane Kroger in South Nashville led to gunplay.

The victim, whose injuries are non-life-threatening, was apparently the passenger in a car that had slowed to watch the altercation, which escalated from verbal to violent.

Metro Police were on the scene and investigating.
