Man Shot In South Nashville Robbery, Suspects Escape In 'Loud' SUV
A man is seriously injured after he was shut inside his car during a robbery outside a South Nashville apartment complex early Monday.

NASHVILLE, TN — A man was shot and seriously injured during a robbery outside a South Nashville apartment complex early Monday morning.
Metro Police said the man was shot at least once inside his car outside the Starlight Apartments on Massman Drive around 1:15 a.m. A passenger in the car said they were approached by three to four men, speaking "fluent Spanish" and wearing all black.

Witnesses told police the suspects fled in a "loud" GMC Yukon.
The victim was taking to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
