Nashville Metro Schools Extending Outdoor Virtual Learning Support Sites Through Oct. 2
Tech help is available to students and their families at these sites.

Metro Nashville Public Schools announced today the district’s six outdoor virtual learning help centers will remain open for an additional two weeks, through Friday, Oct. 2.

To date, the district’s virtual learning support sites have helped more than 2,000 students and families with student learning devices, connectivity issues or general assistance with logging into and navigating the district’s virtual learning platforms.
Students and families can visit any of these six school locations Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. now through Friday, Oct. 2:

- Donelson Middle School: 110 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214
- Glenview Elementary: 1020 Patricia Drive, Nashville, TN 37217
- Jere Baxter Middle School: 350 Hart Lane, Nashville, TN 37207
- Mt. View Elementary: 3820 Murfreesboro Pike, Antioch, TN
- Robert Churchwell Elementary: 1625 Dr. DB Todd Jr. Blvd., Nashville, TN 37208
- Tusculum Elementary: 440 McMurray Drive, Nashville, TN 37211
Families can bring district-owned devices or personal devices their students are using for virtual learning. In addition, families can pick up hotspots at any of these locations beginning Wednesday, Sept. 23.
Masks are required for everyone in attendance, and MNPS teams will be doing temperature checks.
Tech Support is Available online or by phone, too
- Families who are unable to come to an in-person tech support site can continue to call or email the district’s Family Information Center at familyinfo@mnps.org or call 615-259-INFO.
- The district also has a dedicated tech help support line Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. at 615-269-5956.
- English learner families can call a dedicated line with interpretation support Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., at 615-259-8787.
