Nashville Police Responding To Antioch Crash End Up Responding To Gunshot Victim
A man whose car was riddle with bullet holes drove up as MNPD officers were assisting with a car accident.
ANTIOCH, TN — Metro Police responding to an early morning car wreck in Antioch ended up dealing with a far more serious situation.
While officers were processing the crash at Una Antioch Pike and Murfreesboro Road, a white Nissan Scion skidded on to the scene around 3:30 a.m. The driver was honking his horn and yelling for help, as he'd been shot in the neck and chest.
He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition. Investigators found several bullet holes in the Scion and are working to determine where the shooting occurred.
