Screaming Pantsless Man Arrested Outside Priest Lake Cracker Barrel

NASHVILLE, TN — A full-throated and half-dressed man was arrested outside a Priest Lake Cracker Barrel Monday.

According to a police report, officers found James Seat, 30, sitting in his car outside the restaurant on Percy Priest Drive, naked from the waist down and screaming. Officers asked Seat where his pants were and he responded by screaming further, then getting out of the car, racing around the parking lot and hitting various items.

Eventually police were able to subdue Seat, who then began kicking and attempting to head-butt officers, according to the report. Police eventually located Seat's mislaid trousers and as they attempted to re-pants him, he allegedly restarted the scuffle, causing a small baggie to fall from a pocket. Investigators say the baggie contained cocaine.

Seat was arrested and charged with assault of an officer, possession of a controlled substance and indecent exposure.
