Two 16-Year-Olds Accused of Antioch Double Murder

Two teens admitted to the murder of two others in Antioch, according to Metro Police.

ANTIOCH, TN — Two 16-year-olds admitted to killing two other teenagers in a Saturday night shooting in Antioch, Metro Police say.

Anthony D. Sinor Jr. and Mitchell Mann are both charged with two counts of murder in the death of 16-year-old Eduardo Trejo and a second, as-yet-unidentified victim.

Investigators say Sinor believed Trejo had recently burglarized his home. He and Mann allegedly lured Trejo to Sinor's home Saturday afternoon. Trejo and the second victim arrived and were shot on the back deck of the house which is next to Sinor's bedroom.

Sinor called 911 around 4:30 p.m. and told police he shot the other two during an attempted burglary. Police found a semi-automatic pistol as they detained Sinor, who allegedly later told investigators that the attempted burglary was a ruse. Mann, meanwhile, had fled, but later turned himself in at the South Precinct.

Both teens are being held at the Juvenile Justice Center.
