WATCH: Masked Gunman Robs Melrose Little Caesar's
A young armed robber appeared to frighten himself when he fired a gun inside a South Nashville pizza parlor.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police have released surveillance footage from a January 19 armed robbery at the Little Caesar's on Franklin Road in Melrose, hoping it helps identify the gunman.
The gunman — described as a young black male, perhaps teenaged, wearing a gray mask and black pants and hoodie — entered the pizza parlor around 7:35 p.m., pulled a gun and demanded cash.
As the footage shows, the cashier was complying with the demand when the suspect fired the gun towards the floor of the store, frightening himself and the cashier. Video also appears to show tattoos on the left hand of the thief.
