Wild South Nashville Crash Damages Car, Van, Porch, Trailer
Metro Police detained two people after a strange chain reaction crash in South Nashville.

NASHVILLE, TN — Metro Police detained two people following a bizarre chain-reaction car accident in South Nashville early Monday morning.
A homeowner on Packard Drive awoke to find an SUV in the yard, which had left the roadway ad hit a trailer that held some construction equipment. That trailer then hit the home and then some material fell on a van. “They done hit the trailer and knocked it around,” David Hood told WKRN. “The trailer is gonna be totaled and all the metal for the front of the house. My porch is totaled. This car is totaled. It knocked my clock off my wall.”

Hood said two people crawled from the SUV. Metro Police detained two people at the scene and one was taken to the hospital. It is to-be-determined if charges will be filed.
