Woman Carjacked Outside South Nashville Gas Station

A woman told police that her Honda Accord was stolen at gunpoint at a Murfreesboro Pike Mapco.

NASHVILLE, TN — A woman told police her car was stolen at gunpoint outside a South Nashville gas station Wednesday night. The woman was parked behind the Mapco at 1090 Murfreesboro Pike when a man and woman approached her around 11:45 p.m. and asked for a ride.

She refused and the man pulled out a handgun and ordered her out of the car. The woman told police they then stole her white 2000s model Honda Accord and headed towards downtown. The victim was not injured. Investigators believe she may have known her attackers.
