Would-Be Antioch Carjackers Scared Off When Driver Shoots Back
Three men fled after the man they attempted to carjack in Antioch shot at them.
ANTIOCH, TN — Three would-be carjackers got more then they bargained for when the man whose car they tried to steal pulled a gun on them. One of the men fired back, but no one was hurt and no cars were stolen.
Metro Police said the man was in his car when three white men wearing bandannas over their faces attempted to open the car door.
The man then fired his legally-owned weapon and the trio fled. One of the suspects also fired a shot.

K-9 officers were called in to track the suspects but were unable to locate them.
